Assumming you are discussing vinyl type tiles...

They are easy enough to replace, either individually or the whole floor. Consider pricing all new tiles as you will probably see the pattern that was professionally laid down when you use a propane torch or a hair dryer to help pull up the existing tiles.

Trying to match old tiles is near impossible, regardless of the "aging" technique. If it is not practical to do the whole floor anew, then consider the practicality of introducing a pattern of contrasting tile in a pleasing concentric pattern of some sort. This might give you a border look that ties in with your other color schemes.

Experiment with contrasting tiles (that you can return to the store) by simply laying them on the existing tile to make a choice.

Again, the ease of laying prestick vinyl tile would suggest to me that you do the whole floor yourself or with a neighborhood handyman.
