Hmmm..

I wish I had better news... but for the most part, if you have a slow drain due to root damage... you will be replacing the damaged pipe.

In come cases a sewer cleaning company can come in with a head that will go down a pipe and chew through minor root problems and get you by for a while, but in most cases the head will chew through the damaged part of the pipe and into the dirt.

I see a new line in your future..
