Cathedral ceiling cracks

I had a sun room addition put on my house that included a cathedral ceiling. The ceiling does not meet in a point, but flattens at the top creating 2 seams that open and close depending upon the time of the year. As soon as the heat is turned on the seams open in the drywall and stay that way over the duration of the winter. As soon as the heat is turned off, the seams close, almost tight enough that they can hardly be seen from the floor. I have tried to spackle and finish the seams but they keep opening up with each new season. Any ideas for a permanent solution?? Thanks in advance.
