Depending on how long the joint is...... Most home improvement places are carrying plastic wood tone mouldings that may work. All the other options I can think of are very labor intensive and require skill. One option is to cut a 3/4" plywood piece in the "S" shape. Soak the wood trim for a day or two. Secure one side of the plywood to a sturdy platform, put a few nails alongside the cut side of the plywood to hold the trim in place as you press it into the "S" shape. Take the other cut side and press it against the moulding until it is tight. Secure that piece into place. Let it dry for at least a week before staining and placement. Good Luck! Walter Smith
