Garage Door seal

I have a new Pole Barn with a 16 x 7 garage door. The door operates on a door operator. My problem is that the door does not seal very well on the concrete floor. I have checked with Wayne Dalton and they do not make a rubber molding to compensate for the poor sealing. I have it adjusted as low as it will go but since it is not uniformed acrossed it still allows the rain water to come in. Do you know of any type of seal or device that will attach to the door and make a air and water tight seal? This is a metal door with a "U" type of seal that fits into an aluminum channel. I have seen rubber humps that you secure to the floor but I would prefer to have a clean look and have the seal attach to the door. Thanks, Gary
