Hi Karen,

I would check with your local government (townhall) to check on the licensing in your particular area. Chances are you do not have to have one, however, you may be required to have insurance, not only for your safty, but also for your customers. I highly recommend getting some before climbing the next ladder that is not on your personal property. You will be required to have a license for some specialties such as plumbing, electrical,etc.
