A Handyman Helping Hand

I have a pocket door that is probably 15 years old. After not working for several years I was able to talk my husband into letting me cut a small hole in the wall to fix it. It is suspended from the wheels by an adjustable pin that has a plastic clip (on the top of the door) that pivots onto the pin. I guess the plastic just can't hold the weight of the door-it keeps popping off the pin. I don't think I can get the door off without taking the trim down (the wheels are on tracks on both sides of the door and aren't spring loaded). And I don't know if that will do me any good anyway. HELP!!!! Do you know anything about this kind of pocket door? Doreen
