Jeff,

If there are no obvious flaws in a flat rubber roof, the leak has to be at a seam, and or flashing connection. As with any roof leak, if you can find as close to the source as possible from the underside of the roof, your ahead in getting to know where to look. Bottom line is that flat rubber material doesn't just leak. There has to be a hole, a seam opening, or a flashing (not nessesarily in the same area as the leak) that isn't sealed properly.

They can be a pain to find!
