Chip,

Best I can tell you will be needing an electrician to come in. Without a white wire you don't have 110. You will need a nuetral wire and then you can have two 110 curcuits. If you don't want to run new wires, the breaker can be replaced and wires moved around and marked appropriately, but that's not work for the average home owner. I would suggest calling a pro.
