This may just be my day for not having any really good answers. I have those...

Concrete in general is a very durable surface. What can't be scraped off will more than likely have to come off with chemicals. Not one of my stronger areas...

In some cases you can use certain acids to clean up masonary work, but I would get with some masonary folks and ask them. Once you create a bigger problem for yourself not knowing for sure you get into actually replacing or resurfacing the porches and walks. Not fun...

Hmmm... I'll keep my eyes open and think on it some more. I'm not even sure who you would call to find out! ;-(
