In Response To: electrical requirements for a hot tub (John Gsell)

John,

There isn't anything too difficult about installing a curcuit if you already have the electrical knowledge and experience, but I would caution that it is not beginner work. It requires installation of a breaker in the main panel (and balancing the load on the box), running conduit, or wire underground or through walls, assuring proper conneciton and operation of a ground fault device...

I would do it myself because I have the experence, tools, and knowlege.. It's not what I would consider to be a do-it-yourself project, but only you can judge that..

Good Luck!!

Don
