Not really sure about refinishing that type of floor. I'd spend some time on the isles at the local floor finishing store reading the labels of the latest products. If your lucky a knowledgeable sales person with give you some straight answers without trying to sell you new flooring!:-) There are a lot of those salesmen out there.
