NEED SOME MORE INFO.......IS THE DOMESTIC WATER COIL INSIDE THE BOILER OR IS IT EXTERNAL....AGE OF THE SYSTEM???????TYPE OF BOILER AND SYSTEM...SOUNDS LIKE AA BUILD-UP OF DEPOSITS (IRON,CALCIUM) OR A FLOW RESTRICTION OF SOME SORT ON THE DOMESTIC WATER SIDE..ALSO ANY PRESSURE GAGES IN THE SYSTEM..TAKE READINGS WHEN THIS IS HAPPENING....FLOW RESTRICTION COULD BE ON THE INLET PIPING OR OUTLET PIPING..ALSO WHAT TEMPS ARE HOT WATER IN AND OUT ?????????ALSO BOILER WATER OPERATING TEMP???????
