Dan,

Assuming that the Tyvek is relatively well sealed, you will need to both heat and dehumidify the space. Your lucky at this point. If your going to use the space you would need to heat it anyway. Do that first and see if the problem clears up before spending more on wall finishing. Cure the problem first. Moisture is a real killer on finish materials!
