A Handyman Helping Hand

Foundation

I am a widow with little money. I do a lot of repairs myself. My problem is I have an old wood frame house. Over the years, I have caulked the foundation where it meets the house. Now I have larger gaps to fill and the caulk cannot do the job. Is there some thing I can use to fill these gaps? They range in size from 1/2 inch to about 2 inches. Again this is the length of the house along the top foundation line. Thank you in advance.
