Retaining Wall Drainage Holes

Posted By: Stuart

We have 3-6" drainage holes at the bottom of our retaining wall, and would like to fill them with plastic covers to keep stray cats out. Do you know where we could purchase such covers, which still have holes in them to allow water drainage?
