A Handyman Helping Hand

insulation

Besides my truss problem, I have another one. My existing walls upstairs that run parrallel to the roof are made of 2x4 lumber. When I ripped off the wall there was a layer of verticulite insulation. I want to put insulation back in there but am worried about the build up of heat upstairs in the summer. Is there any foil or anything reflective that i can put against the roof plywood to reflect the suns heat back out towards the black shingles????
