I recommend using a bullnose version of the same tile used in the enclosure.Window sills are a very delicate area in a shower enclosure because of potential rot.To avoid too much standing water I recommend installing them with a slight incline up toward the window 1/8" in a 4" depth . Using proper tools/materials to install the tile, sealing the grout initially is crucial as well as cleaning and resealing this area. Seal the sides and along the window with a high quality non-mildewing silicone caulk. Again maintain the grout and watch the caulk over time. If you clean the to be caulked areas with denatured alcohol first just prior to applying it you'll get better adhesion to those areas. By the way the alcohol is what cleans off silicone. Good luck
