Fred,
I'm thinking the flue temp is going to be pretty darn warm!:-) But I don't have any charts to tell me what it should be. It will be effected by the effieciency of the design of the furnace (not just the percentage of effieciency), the blower speed, the cleanliness of the filter and fan housing....
Basically how well the heat is being removed from the heat exchanger. What's left over goes out the flue. You will probably need to find the manual/spec sheet on that particular model to get a ballpark figure for the flue temp average.
