You did not say how high your lattice will go. Let assume that you want to install a 4X8 lattice. My first consideration is to secure it as solidly as possible so that it will not wobble or fall off. I recommend using two deck posts. Deck posts have their bottom ends indented to 2 inches. Place the posts eight feet apart on the wall with the indented side flushed with the wall. Bolts the posts to the wall using the appropriate-length hex bolts. You may have to use plastic anchers. You can also use concrete screws (the blue screws) instead of hex bolts. Concrete screws have sharp threads and do not require anchors. You will still need to drill a hole for the screws. For further strength, bolt a L-shape bracket (6") on either side of the posts. After installing the posts, you can now esily fasten the framed lattice ot the posts. Hope this helps.
