don't attemt to replace one pane of the glass. these are made as sealed units and must be replaced as such. you must find out how the unit is installed, it may have a plastic, metal or wood moulding holding it in; or it may be a wrap around with 4 sides screwed together around the glass. You must unassemble the unit, measure the height width and thickness, and any interior grids if present, and order a new unit. If the unit is a double hung order as single strength glass or the balances will not hold the window open. also if the old glass is low-e orspecialty it will look different, you can usally tell by a greenish tint to the galss.
