Hi, Two things could have happened. First sprocket that holds the handle to the stem is stripped. In that case you nees a new handle ( the sprocket on the handle is weaker than the brass stem so expect the handle to go first). Second case could be the stem is stripped inside. You should get a handyman of pro to take a look at it . Do not attempt to remove the stem because it needs a special socket wrench. Good luck Handy4u
