Hi. First see if the flange bolts ( the bolt on either side of the bowl near the floor ) are loose. If the are you can tighten them up with a pair of pliers. Be carful not to overtighten them as they could break, or the bowl can break. Get some Caulk to match the bowl. if you have a very different color,use white. I like phenoseal brand of caulking. If these bolts are tight, the problem changes dramatically. The bowl needs to be reset to the drain. Call a plumber in this instance or if you want to try it yourself, I can walk you through.
