Andy,

Since appearance is your worry... you probably should have new termal glass installed. Replacing two non-sealed panes is going to have the same condensation problem. Depending on the application, you might be able to figure a way to just replace it with a single pane of glass and that would be cheaper, but wouldn't look all that great.

I'd fix it right....
