In Response To: Shower floor grout and caulk (Kim Kephart)

Hi, Your problem is not with the grout per say. Water is getting behind the caulk and mildew is forming. I suggust cleaning the area up. First scrape away all of the old caulk and clean area with tsp ( This can be found in any hardware store of home center usually in the paint department ). This is a cleaner for such things as bathrooms decks and wherever mold and mildew exist. I have found that phenoseal brand caulk works the best. Good luck Handy4u
