Moisture damage

I have some water damage in the bottom of a bathroom vanity. The entire floor is damp and the wood up the inside walls is raised but not wet about 1/2 - 1" of the cabinet. There is a some slight swelling to the outside wall of the cabinet. After allowing the cabinet to dry out what can I appy to the wood to deal with mold and mildew? Do I have to be concerned about dry rot? Will it spread? Thank you for your time.
