Have I got a solution for you. First, do you have one of those shower heads with a hose on it? If not, you need one even if you don't have levelor blinds. They're great! Run enough very warm soapy water in the bath tub and swish the blinds up and down a few times then take your new shower attachment and rinse them off. Ta Dah! Your blinds are clean. Just let em drip dry and put em back up. They'll look like new. If they're really grimy, use a bottle brush to get between the slats. If you don't have one of those shower things with the head on a hose you can still wash them in the tub but showers won't be as much fun.
