Yes,,,,,there are many good bonding compounds on the market. Go to your local hardware company and tell them your problem. A drain line is not pressureized like a water line is and a variety of epoxy products can fix that.I DO reccomend that you dont use your drain for a day or so when you try and fix it. Most of the epoxy brands say they work great even in water, but I have found that for BEST results,,,,try not to have water in the pipe when fixing it and dont run water in the drain for seven or eight hours afterwards. This may be a short time inconvienience but trust me, you wont have to peel it off and do it again.
