The answer is yes to all three, but with some caveats. If the floor that is down now is solid, fairly level, and doesn't show ANY signs of coming up, then you can cover with any of the floors you mentioned. You have to use different techniques for each, but it is possible. if the floor is not in the best of shape, then your only choice would be to carpet it. The debate over asbestos, about whether to cover or remove it, is ongoing. I find that expense dictates how it will be handled. It sounds in your case that the floor isn't powdering or coming apart, so I feel that covering the floor makes more sense in this case.
