If you have access to the underside of the floor, there is a type of hardware available that is installed from underneath. I haven't used them so I can't say if they're worth the effort, but if you install, I would use contruction adhesive in conjunction with them if possible. It may be simpler to take up carpet, use drywall type screws(lots of them)and relay it. I know how aggravating a sqeaky floor can be.
