Pretty much the same advice. Clean, sand lightly, Oil based primer, Oil based paint. I would suggest going to a paint store like Sherwin Williams, or Porter (I am partial to Porter). The people there will be able to take the time and get you everything you need and offer advice on your situation. It may cost a little more than a home center but it is well worth it. Paint is one thing where you get what you pay for. Also, don't skimp on paint brushes or rollers. A good brush will make the job look much better. Good luck.
