Not being able to see it, I can't specifically tell you what to do. The idea is to prevent the drain area from flexing. You can cut out part of the floor underneath and make up a new piece that will provide the support using spaced blocks. Another way is to insert blocks evenly all around and try to support the drain. Again, not being there, it's hard to explain the technique I could do in a couple of minutes. If this hasn't confused you and you have supported the drain area, redo the drain pipe using correct pipe and fittings. Be sure that everything is seated properly and that the pipe has the proper pitch. I hope this has helped somewhat.
