Black and Decker Iron

I have a Black and Decker iron and want to replace the cord. To do so I need to open the iron and connect new cord to the terminals inside. The darn thing has one of those tamper proof screws with three radial groves and a pimple in the center to prevent use of a screw driver. Is there a special tool that I can use to take these kind of screws out? I had the same problem on a black and decker spacemaker coffee pot but was finally able to get these screws out, but the ones on the iron are recessed and are much more difficult if not impossible with any tool that now have.
