Door Freezing

Hi there. I am at my wit's end about our screen door. We live in Northern Ontario, where the winters can get quite chilly. The problem we are having is with our screen door. It is constantly freezing up. I realize that when you open and shut the doors, the humidity can build up on the screen door and cause a bit of freezing but our door has become a wall of ice.

We have had someone over to look at the other door - to make sure there were no leaks of air - he put extra caulking around the frame etc but still there is ice. I am wondering if it could be a problem at the base of the door? Our home is well insulated and in very good condition, which makes this even more frustrating.

Any tips would be appreciated. By the way, we changed our main door last year, thinking that maybe it was defective but this new door is still causing the screen to freeze up.

Thanks
