A Handyman Helping Hand

low water pressure

Our house seems to have poor water pressure. The water in the sprayer at the kitchen sink barely comes out and the shower pressure is low. I had an inspection by the water company who told me we were at the end of the line but the pressure was within "normal" guidelines.

Is there a way to increase the water pressure? Do I have to worry about pipes breaking with such a pressure increase? Let me know what to do.
