Help! - Building new house, really wet from rain

Help! We are building a new home -- it has been framed and the subroof is on with tar paper only. Only some of the windows are in b/c the rest are backordered. It has been raining for days. There is so much water in the house that it is leaking through the upstairs subfloor to the 1st floor. Some of the subfloor boards are warping, and water is in-between joined 2x8s, etc. Our builder says it will be fine as soon as they can get it closed in they will bring in heaters & it will all dry out, plus they will replace any warped floor boards. Our concern is that the house will not completely dry out before they start putting in drywall, flooring, etc. If the wood is still damp in areas, mold could start to grow, and we fear we could have real problems down the road. Do you have any advice about this and whether or not we should be concerned, or if there are any steps our builder should take in addition to the heaters/replacing warped boards? Thank you!
