Dear Sir,

I work for the Building Department in the City of Dayton, Kentucky. We had a bar that was torn down. Now we have an elderly woman who lives right next door. and for many years she was unable to maintain this one side of her house. Now that the bar is gone the side of her house really looks bad. Do you know of any organization that I could call that may be able to help this woman? I've tried people working cooperatively and United way help line. I haven't been able to find anyone that can help her. She doesn't have alot of money and she only has one kid and he is old to. Please help me if you can. thank you. Robin.
