In Response To: drywall repair (John)

John --- I just finished doing volunteer work on a Habitat for Humanity home(new) where the drywall taping was less than perfect. The HFH people had a portable air compressor with a spray gun that had a hopper attached. The hopper was loaded with drywall compound(the kind that comes in a bucket) that was diluted with water to the consistancy of pancake batter. This was then sprayed on the walls to create what they called an orange peel finish. This would cover small cracks and imperfections. Two teen girls sprayed all the walls in a three bedroom home in two days. They then rolled paint over the sprayed finish. Good luck, Roger
