SEARCHING FOR ALTERNATIVE FLOORING PRODUCT.

DEAR HANDYMAN. WE RUN A DOG AND CAT REHAB CENTER FROM OUR HOME AND GARAGE. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A ALTERNATIVE FLOORING SOLUTION. I WILL LIST THE NEEDS THIS MYSTERY PRODUCT NEEDS TO FILL IN HOPES YOU OR YOUR READERS WILL KNOW THE ANSWER. THIS PRODUCT NEEDS TO BE ABLE TO BE INSTALLED BY A NOVICE(me). IT WILL GO OVER A 1.5 INCH WOOD SUB-FLOOR. IT NEEDS TO BE SELF-LEVELING OUR FLOOR IS NOT TOTALLY LEVEL. IT NEEDS TO BE NON TOXIC WHEN CURED. IT NEEDS TO BE WATERPROOF, URINE PROOF(accidents happen), SCRATCH PROOF, AND SOMEWHAT FLEXIBLE WHEN INSTALLED TO ALLOW FOR SETTLING OF MY 30 YEAR OLD HOUSE. I WILL BE COVERING APPROX 2000 SQ FT. I AM ENVISIONING A PRODUCT THAT COMES IN 5 GAL. BUCKETS THAT YOU POUR OUT AND KEEP POURING UNTIL THE FLOOR IS COVERED AND EVERYTHING IS LEVEL...HA...HA...IS THERE SUCH A MATERIAL... IN OUR HIGH TECH CHEMICAL LADEN SOCIETY YOU WOULD THINK SO...ANY HELP WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED... THANK YOU. STEVEN PHIPPS
