The technique is called 'mudjacking' but is generally used for large slabs.

It involves pumping concrete under a slab which in turn raises it to the desired pitch.

It may not be cost effective to hire such a company to raise a small sidewalk section using this method. Individual sidewalk sections can be lifted with pry bars and a hand mix of concrete placed underneath to level it....but the idea is the same...
