A Handyman Helping Hand

Ironically I was having the same problem with mine.
I stumbled on a site called RepairClinic.com.
Deals with diagnosing appliance malfunctions.
Here's the scoop.
If the air in the room the dehumidifer is operating in is TOO COLD the mositure will freeze on the coils rather than condense out as moisture.
The remedy is to either warm the room or turn off the unit until the room temp rises.
Nothing wrong with the appliance.
