Wolmanized lumber already IS water protected.

That is what Wolmanizing is.

Normal treated lumber has only preservative chemicals added, and should be weather/water/UV protected after installation.

Wolmanized lumber saves you that step by doing it for you in the factory.

You may wish to re-treat with Wolman's Wood Life annualy to keep the deck water/weather/UV repellant. It wouldn't hurt to add more Wolman Wood Life now, but it is unnecessary...
