wall repair in old mobile home

We live in an old mobile home. In one of the rooms the roof had leaked and there is now mold in the walls, the problem is that the walls are all panelling. The panelling is rotten and we need to replace it. Can we replace this panelling, and how easy will it be? We do not know without ripping out the old panelling if there are even studs in the wall, and we do not want to find out after if there are none. We are on a limited time budget, we have to have this fixed in the next two weeks. Please help us!!
